Hey yall Monday mornings are always a drag but what can I say, I'm thankful for seeing another day! Color blocking is one of the seasons biggest trends, now although I try my best not to all always get caught up on trends, I've always been one to love color, and what better time to get away with wearing three colors all at once! I'm still on the hunt for an over sized orange clutch! I spotted one at Zara a few months back but was gone by the time I came back fir it! (lessen learnt) So the hunt continues....
I've had these blue pants for years now, I've tried parting with them but I love them way too much! Another reason why I'm extremely excited that I kept them is because they fit right in with this season's trend! I also spotted a similar pair on Kim Kardashian and she was rocking the hell out of them with some must have studded booties!
An orange clutch would have completed my look but like I said I'm on the hunt for one! Can't wait to experiment with all my colored pieces! June Ambrose was also spotted at Toronto Fashion Week in this fierce get up! No one knows how to color block more than her! She is a true chameleon! For a fierce color blocking out fit try these color duo's: Orange/Royal Blue Red/Pink Yellow/Green Fuchsia/Orange Green/Blue Green/Orange and the list goes on... Always pair with something neutral wether it be a shoe, clutch, or coat to pull the look together! Have Fun!

great job color blocking. I don't think I have anything in my closet to put on that will show I know how to color block. And I don't think that grey, black and browns really count.

So sad when that happens! But then it feels like an impulse buy the 1st time and I justify not finding it as "it wasnt meant to be" lol.
ReplyDeleteLOVE your colour blocking cos just like u, i have a pair of cobalt blue skinnies and spotted Kimmie in them and dug them up. Love old finds :)
