Happy belated Mothers Day To All The Mothers!

Hello there! Sorry for neglecting my blog these past few days. It's been pretty hectic for me these past few days. Its been mad busy at the salon. May is one of the busiest months at the salon next to Christmas and wedding season. So forgive me but a girl's gotta work :) Hope every one had an amazing mothers day, if you're not a mother and cant relate then I hope you"ll spent it with moms and loved ones. Sunday was a very emotional day for me. My mother passed away when I was 10 years old. Definitely not an experience any child should or would want to go through, but over the years I have learned to cope on my own. For the most if I could change back the hands of time, I would wish her right here with me and her beautiful grandchildren. I also respect and admire my father for picking up where she left off and molding and shaping me into  the woman I am today. Anyways my hubby and kids took me out for dinner on Sunday at the Hilton hotel restaurant down town Toronto.I think it was called Mike and Ruth's. Very classy...... We ordered steak, sauteed mushrooms, broccoli, and the best almond covered sweet potato casserole I've ever tasted. (gotta hunt for that recipe) but seriously it tasted like heaven. I took one and two pics, didn't really dress up for the event, the weather was really gloomy and cold, but I still enjoyed myself. I love my kids they're the best....anyone who knows can tell you!  The last pic is a pic of my mothers day gift from my daughter which includes bath salts which she made on her own, and a bouquet of paper flowers.
